Purchase Policy
Unless otherwise expressly provided on the Site, if you would like to purchase any merchandise or products offered on the Site, your purchase will be governed by the terms of this Purchase Policy.
Billing
If you wish to purchase Products online, you must provide valid credit or debit card information on the Site's order form. By submitting such credit or debit card information, you give us permission to charge your purchases to the card that you designate on the order form. We may cancel any order at any time and for any reason. If your credit or debit card has already been charged when your order is cancelled, you shall receive a credit to your card account in the amount of the charge. We will not be responsible (i) for any charges that your card issuer may apply to you as a result of our processing your order, (ii) if your card issuer refuses or fails to authorize payment by you, or (iii) for any delays or non-delivery of Products that may arise due to any validation checks that may be carried out regarding your payment or identification.
Shipping and Handling
You agree to pay for any shipping and handling charges, as well as any and all applicable local and/or state taxes (if any) that are required to be collected by law in connection with the purchase of any Products by you. In addition, users who require that orders be shipped to international addresses will be responsible for paying any VAT and other taxes, tariffs, import or export duties, and other similar fees imposed on such orders. With respect to shipments of merchandise to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to merchandise and risk of loss shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the merchandise to the common carrier. You are solely responsible for providing us with accurate shipping information, and in the event that any Product is returned to us as a result of your failure to do so, you shall be responsible for any additional shipping fees or other charges that may be applied.
Money Back Guarantee/Returns
The Loved Dog DVD is backed with a 30-day money-back guarantee of the purchase price of the DVD. The cost of the price for the DVD is refundable; shipping and handling costs and any taxes on the shipping and handling costs are not.
Money-back guarantees start at the date the DVD is delivered to you. Returns must be postmarked within the 30-day money-back guarantee period.
To receive a refund, please follow the following instructions:
1. Call us at 1-866-663-9504 for a return authorization number (RA#). We are open Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm Pacific Time (except holidays).
2. Write the RA# and circle the items you are returning on the packing slip. The packing slip must be included with the returned items. If you do not have your invoice or packing slip, write your full name, address, phone number and RA# on a piece of paper. If you send the returned item back to us without identification, you will not be refunded, as we will have no way to identify the return.
3. Send the packing slip and the returned items to the following address: The Loved Dog Returns, 20100 S. Vermont Ave., Torrance , CA 90502-1475. You may send the returned items to this address by any carrier you wish. Return postage is your responsibility.
4. We recommend that you insure the package and retain your receipt or tracking number for your records. Tamar Geller, LLC and The Loved Dog, LLC are not responsible for lost packages.
Returns are processed within 7 days of receipt of merchandise in our warehouse. For credit/debit card orders, please allow 30 days from the date we receive your return to post to your account.
Late returns, returns without an RA#, refused deliveries, return-to-sender and cash-on-deliveries (CODs) are not accepted.
Note:
We charge tax for CA residents. Tax is charged both on product cost and S&H cost. The tax applied to the product cost is refundable. Canadian residents are charged 7% GST on the purchase price of their orders. This GST is refundable.
